January 27, 2010 Updates to ITSportsNet

All of this week’s changes relate to the Point of Sale module. This module is used to create an invoice for members who do not register online. All of the new features will make it even more efficient to handle your walk-in or mail-in registrations. 

Point of Sale New Features

ITSportsNet now supports note fields on the Volunteer Registration form in The View/Manage Member and Point of Sale Process. This will make it easier to track and manage your volunteers.

You will now be able to register a volunteer directly to a category, division and team in the Point of Sale.

Print Invoice is a new option on the Point of Sale Invoice Summary page. The "Print Invoice" will generate a printable image. This is same as the "View Invoice" except the email options and ITSportsNet logo have been removed from the bottom for a more printer-friendly image.

Print Registration Summary option, also on the Sale Invoice Summary page, will generate a printable invoice summary version with a place for a waiver and signature at the bottom. The waiver text can be set in the "Setup League Information" process under "League Options".
