Pricing for Accrisoft Freedom (updated June 2009)
1. Choose Setup Package
Accrisoft Freedom Lite
$1500 setup includes:
- new custom graphics banner incorporating your logo and two photos
- choice of pre-built Accrisoft templates (View Gallery)
- change of background colours and removal/addition of included modules (additional changes are extra)
Accrisoft Freedom Pro
$3000 setup includes:
- new custom graphics banner incorporating up to 4 photos and/or a flash component
- custom design of the template and module placement (you tell us where you want things to be placed)
- one rotating flash component for pictures or sponsorship logos
2. Choose Hosting Package (for 12 months)
Lite Hosting: $100/month (200 point license)
- included modules: Events, News, Banner Ads
Pro Hosting: $150/month (400 point license)
- includes all Lite modules, plus Broadcast Email, Memberships, Forms, Photo Albums, Polls, Tiered Access, Statistics
3. Additional Graphics
Flash menus and graphics, or more complex rotating logos will have an additonal cost. Contact us for a quote on what you would like done.
4. Policy on updating graphics
Any changes to graphics after initial setup is billed at $125/hr, minimum charge is for 1 hour. The reason we have to bill for these is because we are billed for such changes by our graphics developer outside ITSportsNet.
5. Policy on updating the template for Accrisoft Freedom Pro
Minor changes to custom templates after go-live will not be billable most of the time. Only if major changes to the design are required will you be billed and in such cases, we'll provide an estimate on the cost for the changes based on an hourly rate of $100/hr. Graphics updates are billed at $125/hr.
6. Support
Log support cases for Accrisoft through ITSportsNet's case tracking system. These cases come directly to our Accrisoft Web Developer so they won't be stuck in the queue. Most requests can be taken care of that same day. He is also available by phone during business hours.
7. Training
Administrators have full control over all the content such as web pages, polls, news articles, events in the calendar, menus, etc. Formal training isn't generally required because the system is very intuitive and easy to use. Workbooks are available online for a quick tutorial on how to use the system, plus our staff is available to assist you if you run into any difficulties.
