Cases are handled one a First Come First Serve basis.

 

You will be contacted by our Tier 1 within 24 Business hours and Cases may be escalated to Tier 2 when an advanced resolution is required. Tier 2 resolution time is based on the complexity of the fix.

 

Escalation Process: Email or Call Martin Moon with details and your situation will get priority.
